Nobody has any fear of getting bench. Sully won't make any changes. He needs to put fear in them that they will get bench no matter who u are. If he won't maybe it's time for a couching change.

As good as sully had been for the pens, I really think it's time to move on from him simply because the style of play he wants his team to play cannot play that style anymore, fast and quick transition team, but refuses to try anything else, he's tried every pairing possible and nothing works. I would call this team what it is for this year and in the off-season and overhaul ur third and 4th line and fix ur defensive problems. Also get rid of hextall cause he def helped alot to put us in this situation. U have to get rid of Carter and kappy, dumo, rutta and upgrade. With a healthy jarry and a few upgrades this team would def be a contender
the team sucks. if they get into the playoffs they won't go far. they are old and don't have the legs. I'd say, sell at the deadline, get some pics, start fresh next year. This is turning into a DET 2.0 scenario where they held on to long to their streak for making the playoffs and they are juuuust getting back now to winning.
Idk what heckstall is even doing here. How can you just sit back and continue to watch them over and over after a string of bad deals they are done. They gotta move guys now. Blueger, McGinn, Petry, Dumo, Carter, Kap. I would give Kap away for nothing and let Heinen play.
