Klim is HIM!!!
Did anybody notice Tod McLellan pat McDavid near the top of his leg as he was congratulating him? I’m not convinced he’s not a bit injured.

Sixth and final game of the series. We had a lot happen in this one including a goalie broken stick (on Skinner of course because I mean it's the Oilers) that leads to a tying goal (easy one). Yamamoto getting the game winner. Klim Kostin with 2 goals playing under 9 minutes of time. Broberg playing under 4 minutes (complete waste). LA with a shortie after a breakdown during the second PP the Oilers got in the game (they scored on the first one so they were 50% on the PP tonight which actually brings their PP level in the playoffs DOWN, yeah, I know, something is kind of wrong when 50% on the PP isn't as good as you normally do). We were really winning the faceoffs. The LA selection of three stars is pretty much a crock. I'm sorry, yes, Leon had a fantastic game playing over 27 minutes (Connor did too) but come on, Klim Kostin with 2 goals and an assist (and that assist was on the game / series winner) and he gets no love from LA (probably as they would have won the game if he wasn't playing). A lot less hits by the Oilers in this one. Couple of days in LA to rest up then on to Vegas to begin round two. Take care all.
To answer the question of if Nuge and Hyman will get going, the answer is YES! The only obvious adjustment McClellan made is to constantly attack the Oilers' 2nd line, to counter Woody loading our top line.
LAK's Fan here. Congrats Oilersnation. Hope you guys make and complete the run for the cup. Been too long since a Canadian team brought home the cup (fuq Canucks and Leafs ). We lost the series (conversely, you guys won it) in the 2nd period of the 4th game when we couldn't hold a 3-0 lead. Best of luck and Draistl is such a BEAST…and that McDavid guy too LOL
