    The phuck they do. But the NHL takes care of its original 6. They were the most hated team 6 months ago and now they get Bedard? The NHL is effed. They will not get another cent out of my pockets.

    Listening to Canucks fans cry is hilarious. Bedard would've been best suited for Anaheim with the huge pool of young talent they have but they were unlucky in that regard but extremely lucky to get Adam Fantilli!

    Teams tank every year. Some get rewarded, most don't. This isn't a 1 off. Yes it's kinda dumb, but what else are you supposed to do? Too many teams hold on for too long and meddle in the middle of the pack for years (A blue and green team comes to mind) If you know you don't have it, sometimes you HAVE to tear it completely apart. The shear amount of draft capital they have over the next 3 drafts is insane (whether they got 1st, 5th or anywhere in between) they will still have the ability to retool COMPLETELY over that span.

    This tanking business is making hockey sick. The 16 teams that don't make the playoffs should all have one ball in the lottery. Only one. That's it. Whether you finish 17th, 23rd, 32nd, doesn't matter. One ball per team. We draw lots for their position in the draft. This way, there is no use in tanking.

    Don’t appreciate being called lame. But Fantilli, Zegras, Mctavish, Terry doesn’t sound too shabby. Im really hoping Brindley slips into the 2nd round, I’ve seen some scouting rankings having him in the 40’s

    No, they don't. This was the absolute worst possible outcome for this draft. They won 3 cups in the past 20 years, had several top 3 picks….just absolute garbage
