ok. NJ. This is how you should play during the regular season. Perfect it there and it comes easy in the playoffs. You defended better. You sacrificed better. Just so you know and understand. I can tell you right now unless he has had a come to Jesus meeting Eric Haula wont. Watch the video and see how Burns and Slavin played together. Luke Hughes has got it in him…can you get that consistently from Dougie? At 9 million a year you should be. If not trade him. He is a great teammate off the ice. Caniacs know that. But now is time to truly earn that paycheck, not just draw it. Goaltending. Schmidt has lots of upside and can be coached. Get better goaltending. There it is. I look forward on seeing how you progress next year. Remember this: The Carolina Hurricanes missed the playoffs for 10 years.
