I’m really proud that the Coyotes are one of the handful of teams that didn’t back down from the pride celebration despite all the backlash from homophobic hockey fans.
(Lapsed) Penguins fan here. Great to see this stuff especially these days with the social backsliding against the LGBTQ+ community. Makes me want to cheer for the Coyotes.
Wait, I’m a Stars and Yotes fan and I definitely think Hockey is for all who want to enjoy it and not put others down.
Serious question, what did I miss and why are Stars fans being lumped in with the Wild? Did that fucking asshole with the mullet show up somewhere shitting on Pride Month?

Exactly dude. Every time i see a pride post i brace myself for the comments. It’s really sad how homophobic a lot of hockey fans are, and being a gay hockey player myself I actually do appreciate the efforts of the Yotes and related teams to make people like me feel included ❤️
