@Coyotes de l'Arizona

    Not surprising. Prosvetov was shit in the prove it games last year, and unimpressive in Tucson.

    Nobody is going to touch him when he hits waivers, because they would have to keep him in the NHL as a result. Wouldnt be shocked if this was Prosvetovs last go with our franchise anyways

  3. I’m glad to have Ingram back on what looks like a good number. I dunno about the Prosvetov thing though. Our goalie coaching at the NHL level is great, but I can’t remember the last time we successfully transitioned a goalie in our AHL system into the NHL in a situation that really benefitted us for ‘growing’ them. We hemmed and hawwed about Hill, who for whatever the reasons couldn’t make the team out of camp, eventually shedding him. Few years on the dude wins a cup and looked capable while doing it.

    Sure, Prosvetov looks like he’s a whiff and because Chayka picked him I’m ready to believe that, but I just do sorta wish we would just commit to giving him one full season as the backup (which we never did with Hill) to really get a look at what we’ve got.
