Hockey is a new sport to a lot in the state of Nevada, but there are also a lot of people who have relocated or retired from Canada, the East Coast, and the Midwest that grew up with the sport. You can generalize all you want but it doesn’t make you correct.

I became a Knights fan (as a lifelong wings fan who grew up playing hockey in the 90s in SE Michigan) because of the passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the fans that I experienced at a 1:00pm game on a Sunday.
