    Trade Nylander to Winnipeg for Mark Scheifele straight up, both are 40 goal scorers and Mark has a physical side to his game and is also a good centre!… Then once you do that, go after Hellebuck for Samasonov, with Woll being his back up!!!

    You put Schenn beside Reilly and you’ve got a top tier defensive line.
    Move Nylander for another top defense man and you’re on the road to fixing the woes of the Leafs.
    Resign Ryan O’Reilly and Anciarri.
    It’s a start.
    Everything was etched in stone with Dubas until this year, and that hurt the team over the last 4 years.

When the people responding are smarter than the people posting it just doesn't sit very well for me. Cut the sensational BS and being real will gain less clicks but more subscribers. You want to know what we think … just say so. Make it a forum not just another POS Leaf or NHL idiot(s) banner hype. Be real or be gone is my thinking !!! NO BS NO Sensationalism and NO Lies will get you a huge amount of hockey knowledgeable SUBSCRIBERS and if you don't know that then sell broken toys or used toilet paper on the internet via any company based in China !!     William Nylander is as good as gone! Lots of teams want to trade for him to draw fans to see an exciting pure goal scorer. His current $6.9 M for one more season would certainly go up to $8 M or $9 M AAV for 8 seasons whether in Toronto or elsewhere not named Arizona.

    Treliving might just trade Willie for high end 2023 draft picks and use the $8 M saved to absorb Matthews AAV increase from $11.634 M to say $13 M or $14 M and use the remainder to sign a free agent defenseman.
