I live in Seattle, don’t want to move, and I’m not sure San Francisco qualifies as an NHL city

Why did you just show 5 pictures of Edmonton?

Panthers play in Sunrise, about an hour or 2 with traffic from Miami Beach. More accurate would be to put a pic of downtown Ft Lauderdale or Las Olas

I will be the first to say it: between the cost of living and the state of the city i would 100% not be willing to live in Newark.
I would love to live in San Jose. Raleigh is another place that’s great and I’d love to live near.

You have no idea how far San Francisco is from being an “NHL city”

Do I still have to pay rent? If so, not sure. If not, NYC or Toronto.

DC native, left the area decades ago. No regrets. There are certain neighborhoods in Denver that I love and miss, but I like my cabin in the woods outside of the city. All of that said, if I could afford to live in Manhattan, it would be an interesting change of pace and lots of fun if nothing else.

Raleigh, because I actually lived walking distance from PNC for a few years. Rent was dirt cheap compared to back home.
