  1. I like the Graves and Dumba pair, but still not sure how likely it is the Kraken get Dumba

  2. Oshie should NOT be picked. He's 34 year old and his contract is 5.75 million per year until he is nearly 39 years old. CONTRACT IS BAD ! If you want a Washington state boy than Tyler Johnson is a better choice … he's 30 years old plays center (harder to find) and his contract end when he is 33 and with Tampa Bay tight against the cap …the Kraken would get another valuable forward prospect or draft pick from Tampa Bay for plucking away Johnson's large contract of $5 million a year for 3 more years.

  3. If the Kraken get those 3 goalies that would be better than what Vegas got. Yes Fleury is amazing and they got him at 32 years of age (now 36) but Calvin Pickard and Jean-Francois Berube did absolutely NOTHING. If you get Hill, Venecek and Jake Allen that depth , youth and potential of Hill only 24 & Venecek 25 playing starter minutes and Jake Allen only 30 years old out playing Carey Price is no slouch either … that will trump Vegas getting Fleury.

  4. I wouldn’t be surprised if Francis could get Engvall or Mikeyev. Either one of them would fit in well as bottom six. Victor Mete could be a decent blue liner, as well.

  5. I've said this before here. But here I am saying it again. As a Devil's fan, I have watched every game this year. Miles Wood is NOT going to be left unprotected. He has 16 goals, is a physical force, has blazing speed, plays first-unit PP, and wears an A on his sweater. He's become a big-time team leader here, integral to any future team success, and though only 25 years old himself, has become a bit of a mentor to a lot of the 19, 20, 21-year-old kids on the team. I like what you're doing. It's fun. But you're just so out of touch on this one. I'm looking forward to Seattle this year. I spent a good amount of time there when younger. I'm glad you guys have a team. It will be fun. But, please, stop with the Miles Wood nonsense. Lol!

  6. Fun video. But I just have to say, you really need to update that protection list. Like as an example, do you really think the Devils would leave their #1 goal scorer available? No, Seattle would have their pick between Johnsson, Bastian, and Merkley up front with Butcher (or Subban if they think Seattle won't take him cause of the cap hit). But no way Wood is available

  7. I don’t really pay attention to Hockey, but how do they decide what players they get? Do they get players from current teams or extra draft picks?

  8. Seattle should also consider poaching whichever Columbus goalie isn't protected. Both of them are better than Allen.

  9. I like Graves but we’ve seen him struggle a bit when his minutes get too long or too much burden is on him. He stays out of the box and moves puck well. Pairing him with a more offensive minded defense man is a good idea. Love the Kraken logo.

  10. I haven't kept up with everything roster wise, knowing that so much changes. That being said, what is or was the status with Oshie?

  11. I think if you play someone in front of the net which of the two between Palat and Pavelski is stronger

  12. Seattle Kraken

Blais Johansen McCann Skratch : Howden – McLeod

Lindblom Backlund Appleton AHL : Steenbergen – Stenlund

    Joseph White Marchment

    Motte Girgensons Kassian

    Skjei Dumba Skratch : Lauzon

Toews Mayfield AHL : Clague – Meloche – Gleason – Lindstrom

    Dermott Fleury

    Allen Vanecek AHL : Delia

    This my lineup !

  13. Palat doesn’t play in front of the net that much. He is a good player but he is on the top line because his is a grinder in the corners and back checks well. He will not be a first line player without without Kucherov and Point.
