Brutal. And when your Goalie spends more time on his knees the he does standing, you're in for a harsh night. Again. It's only preseason ya, but it is by far the worst looking oiler preseason I've seen in several years.

He looked like he wants to play every shot, or shot attempt in the butterfly and try to get every puck on the crest rather than just make the save. Not a good night for the Oil whatsoever.

I’ve seen 7 0 dream pre seasons come crashing to a quick reality as well. I take very little stock in these games, they are more for development and conditioning. Oilers gonna rock this year
Not sure why Oiler fans are demeaning the Vancouver win and minimizing the Canuck fan base celebration just because it's pre season. Vancouver got blown out 10-0 against Calgary the other night. That's pretty damn deflating regardless of a pre season contest. No one wants that for their team or their brand. Putting half that amount passed a Calder candidate All Star NHL goalie I'd say is cause for celebration by the Canuck fan base. Canucks get knocked down and get back up again to fight another day..that's the story line. Not the same old BS winey excuse… it's pre season, we iced our AHL guys…. Bla, Bla Bla. I also don't like how Jay miinimized Vancouver's win by repeatedly calling his line up "kids". Jay they're men. Oilers got crushed. Deal with it and fix it.
