Agree! Kaprizov missed at least 2 Golden chances tonight and simply didn’t deliver. Seems like he might be holding his stick too much. He has to carry this team.
It seems if it goes to Toronto, the Wild lose. Terrible goal reversal which could have changed the game with the subsequent PP the Wild should have had. Doesn’t take into effect giving up 50+ shots is unacceptable. 40-21 in the dot was pathetic as was the disinterest in playing the body. It looked like the Wild were simply out-skated. 97 / 36 need to shoot, Hartman needs to show up. Put Rossi up there and see if he can supply some spark. Really starting to see the ramifications of not having 46 and 12. The D is struggling…
When every other team enters the zone, they try and create separation and space. Not our Wild! They skate right at the nearest defender and about 60% of the time cough up the puck! In our D zone, I cannot fathom how on 75% of the bounces an opponent is at the exact right spot and the Wild are at the exact wrong spot!!! John Merril is a frigging statue out there as if he is being used for pylon training!!! Even EK cannot clear a puck within 10 feet of our goal but an opponent can sure get their stick on it for a shot into our net. It looked like 45 minutes of keepaway in the Wild D zone! Even Faber looked not so hot tonight. I thouggt the purpose of a pass is to hit your teammate's stick…no, no, no, not with this Wild team! They are the best player for the opposing team when it comes to passing.
There is no zone entry with this team. They dump and squander. This was truly a dismal performance teamwide! There is zero cohesion. They are out there running into each other and it is time to go back to the drawing board! You need to stick Merril with Middleton at least we would have one defenseman in that pairing! Stick Addison with Brodin and let Mermis and Faber show this team how to play defense!
It baffles me how they got a point out of this game. O/T was the sloppiest I have ever seen the Wild! Addison, why did you dump the puck behind the net when your other two guys were getting a change? What the hell are you smoking? Why did Duhaime, Dewar and Sammy Walker sit the whole third period? Also, when Dewies and Maroon were out there you knew it immediately! Dean has his head you know where!

Wild fans this is what you get in guerin we trust. The will are old,slow,and too small. BTW the other guy doing the color on ballys is terrible. During the second period against the kings this guy said the wilds style of play would wear down the kings. I realize the wild hire Homers to do their broadcast but someone should talk to this guy. Frankly they should stick with carter, he offers better insight and he's less of a homer
Zuchy and Karill has a chance to get off but stayed out tired and got beat by fresh legs. You see it at every level. It doesn’t matter if you are a superstar when your legs are gone!
