Incredible Performance: defense played aggressive, forwards backchecked, forechecking was orchestrated, capitalized on scoring chances, goaltending was on point (key point), full 60 minutes. I know we won’t play like this always but it’s great to see our potential when we actually play simple hard nosed hockey.
That was the most cathartic hockey game I’ve seen in ages.
For the first time this season every one did their part . .. Well except Carter…

But Kris Letang was the best player on the ice all game. Might be one of the best games I’ve ever seen from him, any he didn’t even record a point.
