Professional win on the road
Only complaint is that our PP1 sucks and our PP2 is vastly superior

A little scary there at the end but overall we played well. Some golden opportunities on the powerplays. Undefeated on the road!

Not a fan of how close that was at the end but man, that was a pretty damn dominant performance. Kings deserved to have this one sealed up much earlier.

Phew. Good game and shut them down for the most part after the second goal. Talbot is playing well. PP looked amazing…really felt like it should have had a couple goals. Whole team is clicking right now and it’s fun to watch.
Didn’t catch the full game but seemed like a solid effort. Good to see that effort in the final minutes.
They had no answer for the 4th line tonight. Those dudes were awesome, what a fucking line.

Got a little sloppy in the third, but an overall quality win. Nice to get out to an early lead and then hold it. Glad to see the round-robin scoring is still in effect.

I’m having fun this season
The Kings are just a good hockey team. Solid through all four lines with a good defense. If Talbot plays like this throughout the season, we’ll be competing with Vegas for first in the pacific at the end of the season. They are getting goals from everywhere on the roster and finding ways to win in different types of games. Very very pleased with what I’m seeing.

it’s really just the pointless penalties and some careless plays that lead to mistakes. we have a FANTASTIC fucking team. well-rounded and talented guys in every line. get excited kings fans!!!!
As long as the goaltending holds up we are in great shape to cruise to the playoffs.

It’s really weird not having a « THAT GUY » to blame for all their mistakes. Sure they all have the occasional mishandled puck, bad penalties ect.. but there isn’t an Oli Maata on this team and I love it. Our 4th line is not potent but still over performs its role.
Even with Kempe, Fiala and PLD not finding the net, this team scores goals and wins games.
Its weird watching Kings hockey where our offense is elite with all this speed… I guess I’m just used to us playing a slow paced, defensive style of play
If Kopitar wasn’t a Marvel Superhero and fell to the ice like a human would after taking that puck to the face I think the play would have been blown down. Kopi don’t go down though. I hope he’s okay. I don’t think he even missed a shift.
