Where is your leadership? This team looks flat 2/3 of every game this season. Someone needs to speak up and put a fire under these guys and it may not be this guy unfortunately.

Midgame tactical adjustments are not happening…they are snowploughing through the later stages of games. Its ok…Im happy to see them now exploding out of the blocks to take multi-goal leads that ALWAYS leads to wins. Mistakes are not all happening on the kill-floor in the slot anymore and can be ironed out individually over time.Spector lacks couth and needs to be promoted.
your problem is mcd and draisatl and their BS attitude has unfortunately infiltrated the locker room. I mean look at the losers mcdavids face during interviews…robotic answers uncaring grumpy every single time without exception..a cemetary at 3am has more personality then this so called captain. Take some care in your appearance dude rather then looking always so disheveled. THis guy has a mental problem or his ego is so big that he thinks he has the right to blow off the media and just give very very kurt answers all the time REALITY CHECK: hes a bum and a loser he is ABSOLUTELY NOT a leader…you want a leader……mark messier thats a leader not this wacko.
Much depends on team spirit and a willingness to accept and trust the back of your mind will figure out what to when and and how with whom. It is called chemistry- it is a combination of faith, hope expectation of success, hard work and creativity. Everyone may have hope that the other guy wants you to succeed as much as you want them to succeed.
