  1. Idk maybe they could get a trade done with Boston it could look like this maybe

Bruins receive: Dristial, Campbell, 1st rounder
    Edmonton receives:Marchand, Ulmark

Bostons left side would be weak if this trade happened but I think they’d rather have a center, I think this trade would be good for both sides but I could also see both sides saying no

  2. You dont trade Campbell during the season your gonna get taken to the cleaners by any team knowing you are desperate you just gotta hope he finds his game for the season as well as the rest of the team find their game or you just over pay for a wasted season

  3. Leon with Nurse and Campbell than maybe… that's over 22M in cap

  4. I think any team can end up like this. I think it is mjore about their moral than anything else.

  5. Trade McDavid to Chicago for Bedard Them trade Bedard and Nurse to vancover for Hughes and Pettersson

  6. I fully understand that the Oilers are DESPERATE. I'm also kinda worried that if you trade McDavid's "Ride Or Die" then we might see him leave afterwards for real. If they absolutely need to make a substantial sacrifice, they'd probably try to sell Ryan Nugent-Hopkins more (even though I love him). Judging by Leon's post-game after the Washington game, he's not very keen on leaving Edmonton.

  7. Please do an analysis of ALL the POSSIBLE trades you have noted/mentioned etc etc………and see how many actually happened…………waiting.

  8. They aren't trading Drasaitl unless he says he won't resign next year. Let's be serious.

  9. Let me just say that I hate the oilers. I can see them trading Leon because they have the best player in the world and haven’t accomplished much. It’s the old you have to give to get.

  10. There’s very little percent chance campbells getting traded without cap being held back. Nobody wants 5m, barely AHL quality goalie. I doubt campbells going anyway unless he’s bought out or year when there’s 1-2 years left. A new goalie will not fix their issues.

  11. If they trade leon Draisaitl Oilers hopefully wont just give him up for noting Oilers are going to ask a lot for 29.. but i dont see them trading 29 right now unless 29 wants to leave but right now 29 said he wants to win in EDM and he wants to stay in EDM.. but i would not trade 29 and Campbell for Gibson.. i would do it for Hellybuck or someone better

  12. NICE CLICK BAIT DRIVEL‼️

McDavid’s the guy to move…Leon’s BETTER value, versatile, tougher & better built for the playoffs! Plus, McDavid’s bigger trade bait…

  13. I can see Oilers trading for Ullmark while Swayman's pretty much Bruins No 1 goalie now. Boston needs some offense I guess

  14. It'd be another big blunder by the Oilers if they trade Draisaitl away just to get rid of Campbell's contract. The last big blunder I remember is that they traded Taylor Hall to New Jersey for Adam Larsson. That was lopsided in favor of the Devils.

  15. Oh Good Lord….CLICKBAIT???….I thought you were better than that. Honestly you know damn well how ridiculous this trade would be. The Oilers are NOT trading the second leading scorer from last season for a goalie who has never won anything…The Oilers will NOTmove Drai or McDavid until the EARLIEST 2025, if at all. They will no doubt try and re-sign them. Neither contract has even come up. Also there is NO WAY a deal of this magnitude happens in the middle of a season….I thought you were smarter than that. This is CLICKBAIT….Be better.

  16. At 5.12 Mill tied up until 29… the unfortunate answer for this team… involves trading RNH!! Could be a #1 Center for a awful team rebuilding… and a bloody good #2 Center for a team looking to go deep in the playoffs!!

  17. Besides, everyone thinks the Oilers can't pay these 2 guys and have any kind of a balanced team. 1 will be traded.

  18. Much like the Canucks after 20 games last season, the Oilers have to play .700 hockey for the rest of the year just to have a chance at the playoffs. That said, making panic trades is just boneheaded when the math is telling you the most ideal option is to ride this out and take the likely playoff miss.

  19. The Oilers trading for a goalie is nuts. Every goalie that has come in with the goalie coach they have has become terrible. The list is extensive of goalies who are good before they get to Edmonton and then suck while there, just to be good or even way better after they leave. Get the coaching changed first and see what happens. Skinner has massive upside and needs to be given a chance.
