Hier soir, le président des Coyotes, Xavier Gutierrez, a clairement indiqué qu’une extension de l’aréna Mullett n’était pas exclue s’ils sont toujours en train de construire un aréna permanent d’ici la fin de l’année prochaine.


Cela ne fonctionne pas. Ils continuent de repousser cette merde. J’aime Mullett mais vraiment ? Faisons avancer les choses. Le front office commence vraiment à me perdre ici.

    The extension would only be to complete the arena not find a site. BTW Craig’s been saying this for months.

    Do you understand how long it takes to build an arena? BEST case scenario 3 years of construction, not to mention any bureaucratic hurdles. Projects are often delayed for a myriad of reasons that are out of the owner’s control. They are keeping the Mullett option open in case they need it.

    Where else are they gonna play if an arena is under construction for 3 years?

    Word has been for a while that the NHL and the PA both have pretty strongly drawn a line in the sand that the arena situation has to be resolved by the end of the season. What’s this “end of next year” stuff now? At some point outside intervention will happen and force a hand that none of us want played.
