  1. WTF is with management in bring up that someone does not like to shower with the boys. It is none of their business if someone does not want to shower while they are in the locker rooms. Not everyone feels comfortable showering naked in front of other people. It sounds like the NHL still has a hazing problem

  2. I think there should be a fan vote but there should be restrictions on who you can pick and how many players you can pick from a certain team. I also think the first 32 players to be selected in should be the best players, not one from each team because this leads to players who should obviously be an All star having to be voted in by fans, fans who will either just not vote or feel forced to vote for a certain group of players because some people who got in took the place of others who are much better than them. Also, this one from every team rule creates a talent gap between players that should not be there if it is truly best on best.

  3. Bruh, most of us get annual reviews at our jobs where we hear all kinds of nasty stuff about our performances, even if we're good at our jobs. And we do it for a lot less than 3.7million dollars. It's part of the gig.

  4. We love Georgiev out here in Colorado, but if it wasn't a fan vote, there's no way he'd be in the All Star game. Last season probably should have been his All Star campaign, and we're all kinda hoping he gets that consistency back

  5. Yeah Georgiev really shouldn't be in the all star game I mean I like the guy but I've watched him every night and he hasn't been very good except for the last 3 games. Maybe last season he did well enough for it, but this season he's let in a lot of soft stuff because he's being very overplayed. I don't really like how they're touting his most wins stat as something to praise when in reality it's just evidence they're wearing him out because the Avs don't have a good enough backup this season.

  6. Bruins fan here to say that I, and the rest of the fanbase, love Sway so much! He's easily become a fan favorite and we want him to know that no matter what he heard in those hearings, the fans love him and have his back!

  7. i love georgiev but im dissipointed that he's going to the all star game, partly cause im an avs fan and i want him to rest and i just don't really feel like he's an "all-star". should've been somebody else imo

  8. As an Avs fan I'm happy Georgiev got voted in, he was great for us last year and even if his numbers don't really show it he's been decent for us this year, love him, great dude. But I feel like someone like Connor Ingram deserved it over him

  9. Yeah, pretty strange to see Georgiev in the all-star over players like Markstrom for example, who has the best GSAx in the entire league while Georgiev is 43rd among all goalies…

  10. meanwhile, jake oettinger getting voted in by his team with a 2.96 GAA and ,902 SVP 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

  11. Swayman deserves everything Boston can give him, I’ve loved him since his call up to backup Rask when Halak was playing iffy
Just consistently improving every year and he’s showing it off so well this year

I hope Don gets him locked down long term because he’s a beauty and it sucks that he had to go to arbitration
I get they were cap strapped but this is a guy you prioritize for negotiations (I think Freddy got roped up in that mess too, and he’s killing it this season too)

  12. Management are doing a bad job at arbitration. They should not point to the weaknesses of the player, but compare it to the team other players and situate his salary in this hierarchy. This would not hurt anyone but emulate I would say.

  13. I'm guessing you haven't watched a lot of Avs games this year. They go back and forth between playing like a top 3 team that dominates, and absolute garbage. Georgiev has stood on his head multiple times and made some incredible saves and kept them in games where the rest of the play didn't really show they belonged. He is playing far better than his stats show.

  14. The fan voting this year was brutal, only Canucks and Leafs voted in, Georgiev ahead of some great goalies, it should be the best of the best decided by the NHLPA, and teams that don’t have all-stars don’t have players in it.

  15. Sub .900 voted in and Zach Hyman can’t get voted in, in his hometown of Toronto? Come on now..

  16. Fan voting makes sense as long as you understand that fan is a derivative of the word fanatic.
    Great video. Thanks for posting!
