I think lalonde is making him be more responsible defensively. I can notice he isnt cherry picking. He is back checking and laying on the body. He needs to get more one timers on the pp in the ovi spot and he should go on larkins line with raymond.
Debrincat will score against Dallas, we’ll need him to.

Not in the least. If he does run in to a cold spell and we are still playing alright then this is a good problem to have. He will figure it out.

Hockey is a team game and Debrincat has bought into playing for the team not his personal stats. As with football, if the defense double teams one star receiver then if that star receiver blocks for whomever they throw the ball to. Cat is on pace to have a career year for assists, assists are commonly referred to as helpers. Alex through his efforts appears to bleed red like he wants to spend the rest of his career wearing the winged wheel. I just don't get that feeling watching Kane. While he deserves a ton of respect for his illustrious career with the Black Hawks he is no more than a rental player for the Wings.

I do t think we need to be concerned we’re scoring we’re winning if we weren’t and losing games by one goal then I would be concerned
He is making good chances and the team as a group is scoring just fine. If the depth scoring begins to decrease then I would be looking for the cat to step up.
Last bobble head game I went to I didn’t get there early. I was there with my family. Turns out my sister had gone on a date with an LCA worker so she texts him and next thing we know he’s bringing bobble heads to all of us straight to our seat. Everyone around us are furious. It was hilarious and enlightening. So maybe that helps explain why you didn’t get a bobble head. It’s not exactly a fair system over there lol
If you watch him, he just completely misses the net on almost every quality scoring chance. Dude went from absolutely snipe to not being able to hit the broad side of a barn. I feel like once he gets some confidence back he’ll start producing. He gets plenty of quality chances.

Detroit taking a good player and diminishing his scoring abilities. Maybe he will be better with Kane but right now he needs to replace Perron, who is really not doing much.
As a close fan of the wings and a fantasy owner of debrincat, his drop in production is definitely worrisome. Looked like he was playing with a chip on his shoulder the first 10~ games of the season, seems like now he plays with less urgency we saw when he first got to Detroit. We all were expecting him to score 50 after that hot start, now I worry that he’ll even score 30. Maybe we are seeing some of the ‘laziness’ sens fans always mentioned for debrincat.
I’m more worried about why he’s not on line 1 and PP1.
He's missing passed, missing the net when shooting so yes we should be concerned but hopefully Kane returns and helps him get back on track.
The Cat is on average a 30 goal scorer, we should not expect much more than that.
