It’s a good litmus test. Toughest in division opponent atm. And they are hot..7 of last ten games are wins, points in 8 of them…….let’s see how the team responds. Lots of off ice ups and downs. Trust in the Tom Father

The Flyers and Caps have been slowly falling back down to earth. We’re only 2 points out of a playoff spot with multiple games in hand. Get this bread and take advantage of the Canes on a back to back.
Very young team facing its first real internal drama. I hope they can come out stronger for it. Also, I’m afraid to ask, but do we even have 6 dmen at this point?

Watched the Bruins/Canes game last night. Hopefully they’re tired from playing yesterday because if they bring that kind of pressure tonight the defense is going to have a hard time stopping them.
I really hoping Lindy gave this team a good talking to about the events that transpired yesterday. He seems to be vocal behind closed doors, and although he isn’t the BEST coach, he is not the worst either. He needs to make sure this team comes out swinging and doesn’t fall flat if they don’t score in their first 5 shots like during the Dallas game.
Every game is a “must win game”, but tonight is emphasized after yesterdays events as well as it being a divisional opponent we are trying to catch up to.
Let’s hope today is a much better day than last, hope the stadium jerseys are released and pray for a win. Let’s go devils!

One thing is for sure, after this season, you can’t claim the NJ Devils core is inexperienced…I don’t ever remember a season like this one.
