The problem isn’t a lack of talent- We have an above average defense and excellent goaltending. The problem is the drop-off after the top 6. The identity line needed to be broken up 2 years ago, and retreads like Gaultier, Engvall and Fasching doesn’t exactly instill fear in opponents
