This appears to be an updated version of the US vs. USSR game I played as a kid. Notable feature I remember is a button that caused the crowd to Boo!

I once thought I was pretty good and then found videos from a league, if I recall correctly, somewhere in New Jersey… those guys were good.

I relocated to Montreal from Europe last year and when I saw one of those out in the wild I knew FOR A FACT I landed in the right place. Never saw one in my life anywhere in Europe.
Bubble hockey is pretty common here in Canada
Bar I go to has a much older version. It’s super fun but the learning curve is pretty steep so it’s hard to convince people to play it enough times that they get good at it

They’re unreal, LED lights, national anthem, true arena goal horns and play by play by Rick Jeanneret.
Can customize period time lengths and some other stuff. Lots of aftermarket mods available as well.
They’re not cheap…spent close to $6k CAD on mine ordering it from ICE but that was in 2020, they’re more now getting it configured the way I did.
That being said, worth it in my eyes. I would rather have this than a pool table.

That is one of my all time favorite games to play!! Giving away my age but, who gives a shit on here!! Going to the arcade and blowing 40 to 50 dollars in quarters and always played dome hockey!! Not sure what it’s really called but, it was dome hockey around here… Chicago suburbs. Been trying to buy one recently but they’re hard to find in good shape and reasonably priced.

You haven’t lived until you’ve played bubble hockey. We had one with team USA vs Canada or USSR, can’t quite remember, in our local rink, played a ton on it. Like someone else said, if I’m ever rich, this is going in the at home arcade.
A bar near my house has one, it’s the miracle on ice version. I love it.
