When I was in college getting my masters, the month when the Hawks took on the Canucks in the playoffs the professor for my class walked in in a Canucks jersey and I walked in in a Hawks jersey and think we almost had a donnybrook right there in the classroom. It got progressively worse as the Hawks went on that three game win streak to cap it.

I was at the Kipprusoff retirement the other night and Jamie McLennan (Kipper’s goalie coach at the time) told a story about Kipper getting absolutely lit up against the Blackhawks one night. I think he allowed 7.
Jamie approached Kipper on the plane ride home to see how he was holding up. Asked him how he was feeling and Kipper’s response was « do do da do do da do do da do da do da do. » Thought that was pretty hilarious.
