I mean there’s no reason that price tag should be an issue…
I don’t understand how this is better for people in the SE Valley than going to Glendale?? I would rather pay more money per ticket and stay at the Mullet.

Their land budget was half of ~700m right? Maybe that’s their land budget and that’s why Gutierrez said “I can’t tell you why we know we are gonna win”. But I’m at the point where I won’t trust it til probably opening day at the new arena.
