This guy looks like a real menace to society…probably comes from the « Gritty » side of the state.
A neighboring business had a petty crime (broke windows) solved solely by using whatever cameras the police had access to. This was a small business in a suburban town.
Stealing a truckload of shit is near impossible these days.
