Ok I’m a Leafs fan but damn Reaves got his ass handed to him on this one. Also nice touch adding in the bell sound. Or does the TV feed have that as an add in. If so I wish Sportsnet and TSN would do that. Imo TV commentary for hockey is too corporate. While the announcers are passionate I don’t like how they’re not allowed to cheer for a team. This is why I tend to listen to the leafs games on the radio instead as I prefer Bowen and Ralph to the TV guys although the TV guys do a good job I think it’s just a edict from Rogers and Bell that have said no cheering

I find it rather ironic that on the day Chris Simon died people are getting all excited about a fight. Simon was a seriously tough hockey player who had more than his share of fights. And sadly a lot of those guys don’t live long enough to watch their kids grow up and maybe have kids of their own. But to each his own I guess.
