This land is just across the freeway, half the price, and goes up for auction sooner. Why wouldn’t the Coyotes throw a bid in on this one.
Also, why is the Coyotes land double the acre price being in the exact same spot. What makes that land any better, or is it just to take advantage of deep pockets?
