Yup. Another embarrassing outing. Zero effort and apathy from the coach and players. Gotta love it. We're gonna fall right on our faces if Paul thinks we can just turn it on. Unfortunately, I'm not very optimistic about our playoff chances, right now. Also, Kulikov's an idiot.
Montour had an abysmal night and that might be under estimating it. -3 multiple times he just got hosed on defense. One time he just randomly dived into the board, left his man and forced Lundell to chase the 1-0 and the habs scored. Terrible terrible terrible.
No excuses anymore. Panthers will be swept in round 1. Maurice needs to rip into them unless they plan on golfing in about 4 weeks
This is getting ridiculous. Whats even morer ridiculous is theres a portion of our fanbase that STILL has false hope that this team is going anywhere this season. Theres really no excuse to be playing this bad. Theyll be a first round exit, you cant convince me otherwise
I think they're saving their energy, but at the same time they need to get their shitaki together. Especially these few games remaining.
idk. i think Maurice is full of it. this isnt normal play. the fact two of our guys have gotten themselves injured "taking a break" proves this isnt the case. Maurice has no idea whats going on. its your standard post game hand wave away.

We only play you guys 3 times this season so unfortunately no more match ups against us. Plus I dont see us catching up to you guys. So its either us or Toronto in the playoffs in round one. I would be more worried about the health than the losing at the moment.

First off, I wanted to say again a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Nick a.k.a. Twisted Wrister for joining us (in person) to watch the game! It was AWESOME to see him sitting next to you guys. Seeing a celebrity in Jaws' house was super fun. It was fantastic to interact with him and to have him participate in our discussions during the game. We had good laughs and good times. That was one of the coolest collaborations ever. Certainly the best collaboration of the year. I wish he could this with you guys more often. Let's hope he can come back for another game soon.

Second, and this is the negative part, this is yet another embarrassing loss. There's a part of me that wants to think "Well Tkachuk was out tonight and Ekblad is out for the rest of the season", but then the other part thinks "If they can't beat Montreal, then they can't beat anyone". It appears as if they can't play well if 2 of their top players are out. Either that or maybe they're just starting to conserve energy for the playoffs? It will take me a bit to figure that out. Regardless, this lackadaisical effort needs to stop. They need to show up and do something regardless of the circumstances. They're not getting paid all that money to do nothing. Wake up! Now! Nevertheless, I'm not going to give up hope on this team. They DO NOT stink. They're in a slump. It happens. Maybe this is a wake up call or an idea of what we need to do for the playoffs? I dont know. I just hope this is not the 2000's or early 2010s Panthers. On the bright side, Stolarz made some great saves here and there. Maybe this is a preview of what he can do in the playoffs? I hope he can show up should (Heaven Forbid) something happen to Bob.
Last thing: Thank you SO much to everyone who showed up tonight! Additional thanks to all those who Superchatted. It was fabulous. So cool to have over 100 people watching the stream. This has got to be a new record for regular season views during a stream. Hope we can keep it up for next game(s).

Aight, this is now moved from confusing to pathetic. Until they fix this, I'm not bothering to watch anymore games. How do we go from 20-3-2 in 25 games to this vomit pile of effort? For now, just like they seem to be doing, I'll wait until the playoffs start to bother paying any further attention. They should all be ashamed of themselves.
