    Best record in the NHL over their past 10 games. Roy put in a new system that decreased the shots on goal a lot. Revamped the lines that has definitely made them more effective. Putting Cizikas on the top line is genius. He can skate with Barzal and Horvat, he can finish, he can get the puck out of the boards and can add a level of defense against another teams top line. The goal tending has also got better. I think Sorokin was shell shocked by the number of shots. Now he has settled back down. Now the Islanders have 2 great goalies to ride in the playoffs.

    I am not sure they are the best team in the league, but they are definitely one of the hotter and stronger teams that made the playoffs. They are underrated going into the playoffs because people are basing their views on what they where under Laine and not what they have become under Roy.
