Two things.
1: Even by Marner’s sub par playoff standard; he is quite bad. Like worst forward on the roster.
2: Hockey players actually have restraint. If anyone does that shitty elbow like Marchand on Bert… I’d honestly swing my stick like a baseball bat on his neck. With intent to injure. Take both of us out of the game.

Maybe Marner should just focus on what he needs to do with JT to shut down Pastrnak instead of being shifted all over the time up to “get him going.” Maybe show some love to the other guys, give Dewar a shift up with Domi and Papi for example.

Marner been better. But he was the worst player in those first two games so I don’t think I’d qualify his improvement as having a good game.
