When he had to pay that money to Glendale,AZ cause someone at organization messed up on. He could be still at Gila River Arena. Also,if was in trouble that much,he should sold the team sooner

If I was the owner I would have sold when they first rejected the arena. Clearly the city doesnt want hockey so fu*k them. They will bit*h and complain about any and everything. He probably lost millions of dollars while playing at a micro arena.
