I'd argue that PINTO was the most disappointing player this year. A braindead stupid off season (gambling) gets him suspended for 41 games ………………. I mean how much more disappointing can you get?
PWHL Ottawa hasnt clinched yet. Idk why some announcer said that
Branny is out. For a 5th. 2 M for this guy was absolutely insane. Dorion’s madness at its best.
Kubalík – You buy him a one way ticket to any destination of his choosing
Brännström – You trade his RFA rights for a 3rd or 4th round pick, or take a chance trading him for a similar RFA whose team has sorta “given up” on him, or where the guy simply doesn’t fit his team anymore.
Pinto – You hope to bridge him 2-3 years in the $4-5mil range.
Kelly – Extend all day every day.
Katchouk – I was a big fan of the Triple K line down the stretch. If he’s willing to sign a two way deal, I’d offer him one year. Worst case scenario, he’s a depth vet in Belleville for only one year. Best case scenario, the Triple K line continues to be an effective energy line. And when one of Katchouk, Kelly, Kasty slows down, or doesn’t look good, you swap in Crooker, Ostapchuk, or someone similar for a stretch. All that being said, I won’t be upset if he walks in free agency. As there will probably be better fourth line vet options. But I do like the chemistry he showed with Kelly and Kasty.

Regarding the Belleville Sens game: I was watching the PWHL Ottawa game and while watching it I would check in on the leafs game and the BSens game. Each time I checked in on the Belleville game, within seconds EVERY time, David Foote is announcing “-and he scores!” I couldn’t believe it! That happened three times! Just sayin’!
