My wife was asking if this is going to end up as a rivalry. My response?
Probably from the jets side. For us they will probably just be a speed bump on our Quest for Lord Stanley’s Cup
Edit: I’m pretty sure most Avalanche fans feel our rivalry currently is with Vegas

Miles Wood has been a menace so far. Exactly what we acquired him for.
The final scrum was really bad for the jets they might lose a defenseman because he slashed his hand…. Do we start talking about no more fighting?? Just a question not a statement….
Let’s hope that the Jets don’t decide to just start gooning it up. Fucking hate that classless shit that happened last night. This time it was a Jets player walking away with a potentially serious injury, but it can always go either way.

just loving the new additions overall. Mittelstadt not being afraid to go in the tough areas is such a suprise for me i love it. we all kinda knew colton and wood would be great during the playoffs but they have exceded expectations for me
Miles Wood was quiet down the stretch. Now we know it’s just because he was focusing his energy.
Woody is killing it out there, exactly the bottom 6 guy everyone needs. Hitting, forechecking, hard on the puck, will fight the other teams big boy/Captain, and putting a few in the net. I feel like Duhaime is a ticking time bomb out there too – he’s got a goal or two in him, and he’s going to wreck the next Jet that gets saucy.
