Illness can kill you can be worse then a injury I think people jumping to conclusions I don't see how him getting pulled by Dr. Is a bad look if they don't know what he has it could be something really bad.
Have to change it up woll in please if he gets to where he was before his injury he could steal a few games
Leafs are still in Salary Cap purgatory. Next season the Core 4 will cost $47 Million. When you add Reilly ($7.5 Million) you have $54.5 Million for 5 Players. (62% of the Salary Cap) The Leafs will be tinkering with journeymen players to fill the uniforms in the dressing room. In 2025-2026, they get relief when Mitch and John T's contracts conclude. We need two stud D men and a quality Goalie. But have no room under the cap.
About time this era is over.

Get Rob Brind'amour. He knows how to get the most, out of every player. Canes owner will not give him what he deserves, so i think he's attainable.

Not to worry. Other teams have come back from being down 3 to 1 in the 1st round. Montreal did during the Covid playoffs.
Keefe looked defeated. Keefe got one of the greatest jobs in sports because he was buddies with the GM. He has been in over his head since game one. He is probably looking at real estate listings in Pittsburg as I type.
This was predictable. Changes should have been made years ago. And they weren't.
To win in the playoffs teams need to be able to win 1-0 or 2-1. This team never learned to do that. Just today, the Oilers beat the Kings 1-0 on a goal by Bouchard. Until you learn to win 1-0 or 2-1 you are going to lose.
Matthews. Just a couple of days ago, when it was suggested that Marner might be injured, it was made clear that the LOL standard for Marner was if you pull on the sweater you need to be ready to go. Don't see how the standard can suddenly be lower for Matthews. Right now all that separates Marner and Matthews point wise is an assist and the fact Matthews was gifted an easy matchup while Marner is playing against the Bruins best players.
Special teams have been a problem for months, years if you look at other playoffs, and the Leafs coaches change nothing.
Hissy fit. Man you guys are still bitter about Marner calling out the media.
Look at Vancouver. Let's look at them. They have one of the best coaches in the NHL. They were a tire fire before he came in and fixed things. Playoff Marner, he leads the Leafs in playoff points and plays the toughest matchups. If Marner hasn't been good enough, and I agree he hasn't, then what about the other guys who have done less against easier competition.
I have faith the Leafs will win the next two to lose in seven.
Lets not forget. Boston blew a 3-1 series lead last season and I believe they were up late in game 7 as well. They own the biggest choke job maybe in all of sports. Nothing is over till it’s actually over.
The biggest waste of a persons time in this world is to cheer for, work for, play for, to televise, report on the Toronto Maple Leafs….
