J’ai vu une interférence du gardien de but

Josi et l’autre joueur de Nashville ont tous deux pris contact avec Silovs, c’est un contact serré mais je pense qu’il aurait dû être contesté.

I agree. Player made no effort to play the puck and was skating directing into the goalie. He did get hit last second, but if he did not he still would have shoved the goalie backwards into the net. My understanding is you cannot push the goalie into the net like that. I thought the NHL automatically reviewed all playoff goals?

Looked like a good goal to me.

  3. Blitzstyle

After watching game 5 Bolts vs Cats how is that not GI?

  4. North-Evidence-2352

Exactly, how come a guy who jumps the goalie skates first isn’t interference? If he doesn’t slide in the blue paint, the goalie freezes the puck.

  5. Lazy_Glass_3292

Does the nashville players stick hit the puck or does he just push the goalie? Kind of looks like pushed goalie, which would be GI

I also saw Forsberg kicking the puck in the net in game 5, but what can you do.

Challenge by the coach was not the move. Even if he won, they’d still be in on the PK.

I see the nucks player initiating most of the contact there. Idk it’s a close one

    MMM, good… Tastes good…..  Feels Good…. Good for me…. Good for you…..

  9. I’m a Toronto Fan, but that was blatant GI

How does does the ref miss this standing right there? There was an entire body between the puck and any Nashville stick. Goalie was obviously pushed in which pushed the puck. Big mistake in an otherwise fairly well called series.

This looks very clean to me honestly. Idk if I’m blind, but it just looks to me like he was playing the puck the entire time, and was avoiding the goalie.

That was definitely goalie interference. The contact on the player who pushed Silovs had already pushed Silovs before he was knocked sideways by Zadorov. That puck had no forward movement towards the net until the goalie was hit.

  13. RefrigeratorSea5503

Absolutely should be interference, but for the fact the nashville player got checked at the last second “into” it. Definitely got away with one because of it. Homer glasses aside, I’d be pissed if it was on my team.

Feel like this is pretty close but ultimately a good goal. Very minimal contact with the goalie, contact initiated by the Vancouver player, the goalie doesn’t get pushed by the Nashville players’ stick. Outside of the calls that went against Tampa being bad I don’t think there’s anything here.

  15. amateurexpertboxing

Annddddddd this confirms I still don’t know what goalie interference is…….

  16. Abnatural

Bullshit call on the ice, bullshit non-challenge by our coach. I am sure he is regretting that one today

  17. Hellohi123321

Just saw the goal – cannot believe that counted

  18. Buckeye024

Based on lightning series, goalie just forgot to drop his stick immediately and complain to the ref… otherwise they would’ve called GI

  19. MontEcola

Vancouver 91 pushed the other Vancouver player into the goalie, which knocked the puck into the net.

Before that, the Nashville player did skate into the crease. That did not cause a goal, and they let it go.

I would not want to be the ref on this one. In real time standing where the ref was on the ice, I would not have felt comfortable making the call.

Vancouver coach could have challenged. And could have lost the challenge.

  20. playr_4

I was very surprised that there wasn’t a challenge here.

  21. Bar_Stool_Prophet

That’s ok. It’s not like it determined the outcome of the game. Oh, wait.

  22. TheMile-HighCity

Kind of unbelievable they didn’t challenge this.

  23. Mrtowelie69

    Should have challenged. Noob coach

  24. Western-Extension-50

Coinflip honestly. There is contact with goalie, but also canucks players pushing them into him.

  25. onlysmallcats

I’m biased, but man, considering what kind of goals have been successfully challenged for interference these playoffs, I’m surprised this one wasn’t. I think Tocchet has too much pride.

  26. Sabysabsab

It’s Blueger’s stick that knocks the puck in from underneath Silov as he’s trying to protect it. A werido, janky goal….but a good one.

  27. teddygrahams50

Been a goalie for a long time… although close, this is a good goal. The puck was exposed and the player is going for the puck. There was no blatant GI pushing the goalie. It’s difficult to say if the stick hit the puck or not. So I’d give it to him. Goalie did not have control of it and caused the chaos.

  28. Odd-Gas-8018

The NHL has a serious reffing issue

  29. Complex-Ad-5907

For kicking pucks I think outside blade and in should be fine. Anytime a puck goes off inside of the skate make it no goal.

Make it an easy black and white rule. Outside of the skate and in it’s a goal. Inside of the skate and in no goal. Simple

  30. -Robrown-

Skating full speed into a goalie’s abdomen is definitely goaltender interference.

  31. doctor_7

Granted I will fully admit bias but how in the world is that not goalie interference basically twice?
