Not sure if it's just been my feed on ESPN in Aus but I've noticed the last couple games the commentary has been a split second before the play. Every call comes just before the play, quite distracting. It's like I'm hearing the future.

Drawing blood by glove versus by stick is pretty much the same analogy as a simple assault versus aggravated assault. Hockey doesn't consider fists a "weapon" apparently, but a stick could be a lot more lethal. I'm good with that…Dog mask guy, wanted by FBI… 😃…Just a possibility…

I put more of that second VGK goal on Lindell than Otter. (credit to Carrier for his tenacity there, too) Lindell got beat twice against the boards, and both times Lindell had the chance to just lay him out, but chose to poke for the puck, instead. That's how Heiskanen wins puck battles. Lindell doesn't have those kind of hands, but he can plant a guy. I'm just surprised that everyone is putting that on Otter. Soft goal, yes, but also soft defending.
Gotta give the Stars all the credit. Going down 0-2 at home, to have the composure to come back and win 3 straight like they have. Hats off to them. Best of luck in G6. 🍻

You gotta call out the terrible officiating in every series. I was in the crowd this game and even VEGAS fans were chanting "refs you suck"

Credit where it’s due, stars are completely outplaying VGK after game 2. Petro also needs to sit. I still think it goes 7, but it’s there for Dallas to take and they want it. Also never thought I’d say this but Deboer looks like the better coach right now.
Crazy game, started very loose with refs making marginal call after marginal call (on both sides). Dallas really settled in and played strong defense the last half. Dallas may be too much for Vegas this year. Sweet, sweet retribution.

I strongly anticipate this series going 7. Toughest game to win is the elimination game and even tougher on the road against the defending champs no less, and it's even togher to beat them 4 straight so that's why I feel the Knights will find a way, probably OT to stay alive.Then again, I could be wrong…..and hope like hell I am😅 Let's go Stars!!!!!

well of course we say it alot- when the refs or the rules dont make enough sense it always seems to work the worst way for us. like how someone literally backhands our guy but thats not like a 10 minute misconduct or anything and then they steal the 5er from us not explianing why bloody seguin doesnt equal a 5. its not on the fans for the confusing rule and call consistency its inherently stupid.
I agree that they should have kept thompson in. Maybe they expect to trade if they dont put him back in
