This guy is the definition of made for the playoffs. Love having him on the team. Integral to our beating Tampa last year and a huge part of what got us to game 7 this year.
When he had a bit of a rough stretch earlier this season there were people in this sub genuinely trying to claim that he’s a bottom pairing d-man at best…

He’s always looked like he played with grit game in and game out this series and never looked defeated even when we’re down. Sure he wasn’t perfect but his motivation is right where we should be. Not to mention his effort gave us a momentous goal in game 5.

a major part of why this has been such a quiet series for Pastrnak is McCabe, Benoit, Boosh and Eddie BATTERING him any time he’s in our zone; you can see the frustration on his face and how he’s been hesitating behind the net and around the boards.
