Can’t put the puck in the net if the net is full of bodies.

  2. fendermonkey

Is there a rule against stacking a wall of bodies?

    what a fantastic finish.

3rd goalie in the series, and he throws a shutout.

Is the OP making fun of this? It worked didn’t it and the Canucks are playing next week while the Preds are not.

Im surprised no one was sliced with a skate blade.

Watched my father get fucked up by just landing on a goalie skate, when they crashed the net like that i had PTSD flashbacks haha.

  6. As a beer league goalie, I felt that play. I find it hilarious that there are 4 Canucks, and a goalie, and not a Pred in that pile. Do whatever it takes!

As a goalie, I laughed so hard at this. Always find it funny when I get extra goalies

  8. 4 players on the ice for the canucks, all of them within 6 inches of the crease. I’m pretty sure the one player sliding across saved the open net rebound goal though

I kind of wonder why this doesn’t happen more in the last 30ish seconds. Is there a rule against having all of your players stand on the goal line to make a wall? I’d argue it’s a little unsportsmanlike, but it would make it pretty tough to score.

« There no way they’re gonna score on us now! » Is probably what they were thinking.

  11. The inside net cam was way better. It showed JT plowing Silovs out of the way to try and make a save

That man better thank all of his future kids for the save.

Looks like the German National team in the 2010 Olympics/Spengler cup. Can’t score on them because half the team is in the net blocking pucks. Can’t complain, it’s an effective strategy.
