  1. There, there, there, now. Don't you worry, our Leafs will get wiped out in the 1st round in the playoffs next year too. And the year after that, and the year after that, and the year after that, and………..

  2. Excellent Work Keefer !! Youve done great and have obviously learned so much !! if you stay with the Leafs Great, if they make you move on, Please take it easy on the leafs, BUT if you go to Pittsburg, WATCH YOUR BACK lol !! Good Luck Either Way Keefer !! you were not a bad coach by any means.

  3. 10:30 this is a planted question. Coaches and reporters have a special relationship. "You help me, I help you". Just listen to Keefes response, it sounds like a job interview, or a statement to the upper brass on 'Why I'm the guy for the job'.

Ever wonder how reporters break news about injuries or trades before they're official?

  4. Keefe is taking the Dubas approach it's on me I'm responsible for everything that happened,it's the easy way out still no answers for playoff failures

  5. Honestly, I’d probably keep Queef and fire Shanny. I know it is backwards but Shanny was the one who kept Dubious over everyone else

  6. I've been anti-Leafs for over 45yrs and if Leaf's fans want them to win, they have to sever ties with the school board. They are in it for the money, not the outcome! They don't care as long as they keep selling games out! Part ways and I'd be more apt to cheer for them.

  7. Meetings when everyone is hurting are neither meaningful nor helpful. Meetings after taking some time away and reflecting are far more valuable.

  8. I’m calling it , Keefe for Sullivan … Can’t put it all on Keefe, but the players aren’t playing his structure , he has lost the room and for that reason alone he cant stay

  9. The offense is struggling to get goals from the core 4 and I like to ask why you sit out your second most offensive player behind Matthews in Robertson in game 7???? You deserved to be fired for sure.

  10. Keefe's down time off ice of not finding solutions earlier to minister to his players for which he takes responsibility in this Boston Series, at least not until the leafs different playing strategies in game 5,6 &7 the team started to win shutting Boston's offense down. This result may have saved Keefe's his job.

  11. Hate that they rush into these meetings, give them a week to reflect imo, it’s fresh, media pushing decent questions but some guys just don’t have the answer at this point in time, I think they’d be far more valuable being held next week

  12. Goodbye Keefe, would love to say it's been nice, but you chalked this entire season with your poor planning and over reliance on AHL waiver bait, Ilya Samsonov.

  13. I'm getting the impression here that it's going to dawn on leaf fans real soon that they're gonna have to make a human sacrifice to get things straightened out.

  14. Leafs battled hard. Made a series of it against a very good team and awesome goalie. They lost by 1 goal. Thats hockey. Chin up boys and giver a go next year. Sure is a lot of couch experts out there! All the haters can suck it! 💙

  15. He’s taking responsibility after he just said team set up for the leafs to beat themselves pretty much is saying the leafs are weak and let teams get to their heads contradiction much

  16. What had shanahan done to keep his job? He was wrong not keeping Lou, he was wrong letting hunter go, he was wrong choosing Dubas. I guess he’s perfect for the leafs who never make the right decisions

  17. "I believe in myself"
That's nice. Does the team? Does the Management? The fans sure don't.

You failed to make adjustments. You failed to try and adapt. You stuck with a glorified AHL goalie that 3 other teams didn't want and was a 1st round draft pick that Washington dumped.

    Read the room, it's you.

  18. What it takes in the playoffs is to have 4 solid lines. The coach does not control this. He only orchestrates the players he has. Keefe has not been able to get the best out of this top 4 players. Dubas and Treliving failed making a team.

  19. Shanny and Kyle Dumbass (subpoena sent to Pittsburgh) should be up on the stage taking the heat for their body of work.

  20. No matter what you think of the guy, it takes balls to get up and face those questions like he just did. Full respect for him on that. And frankly, the coach is not the root of the Leafs issues.

  21. Keefe should be retained for the next season and it's not his fault that half the payroll is tied up in the core 4 what needs to happen is to trade Marner and fire Shanahan also Tavares should walk into the office and reduce his salary to 5 million for the last season and show some leadership
