That was a carbon copy of what he tried to do to Ondrej Palat, when Palat still played for the Lightning. He attempted a high hit on him, in the Eastern Conference Finals but Palat, like Necas, ducked to avoid the dirty hit attempt.

Nevermind the fact that Trouba sent himself, with intent to injure, with such force the left skate nearly 7 feet in the air in this picture is about to come down on the back of Necas head. I dont think it was on purpose but the very nature of what Trouba attempted caused it to happen and now Necas has lifelong damage upstairs. And anyone whose fans of the Pens knows how scary that is, having seen Sids long break for the same reason.
