Need PK to come out cool, calm and collected. There’s going to be lots of traffic in front of him. Rangers will no doubt try and rattle him. Hope he doesn’t get too wrapped up in it and stays focused.

I don’t hate it. PK absolutely has the potential to go on one of those cup winning goalie runs and Freddy has looked average at best this series, shaky at worst. Just wish PK had gotten a game against the islanders

I am a PK advocate. My concern I voiced before game 2 was that this is a must win territory. The mental strength required after sitting for 3 weeks against the President Trophy winners at home is something I just can’t comprehend. If he wins this game tonight, we ride him until he loses.
Kuzy back in is a no brainer based on the feedback about Max and his 6 minutes of ice time.
Pending how we start the 1st period. I would say, if we are down going into the 2nd or whatever, to expect to see Jarvis back on line 1 and Kuzy, Necas and Turbo back on line 2 with Svech on line 3. I don’t think they do that tonight to start.
I hope in warmups they send 10,000 pucks towards Pyotr.

PK loves to elevate his game to match his countrymen (remember the Bob v PK game?) I think he’s going to be dialed in. He wants to be the best and he’s facing the best.

Thank god Kuzy is back. One of the few times in my life I’ve sat there going “wtf are you doing Rod??”
I like this move. Freddie hasn’t been awful but he’s not been super sharp either. He’s let in a few bad goals and he doesn’t seem very relaxed. He seems to panic when the puck is loose in his paint.
One thing we know for sure: there will NOT be any touching of his guys tonight!

Our team played a couple of months of great hockey to end the season rotating between two goalies. I guess I don’t understand changing that just because of the playoffs. I think Anderson needs a game or two off to mentally and physically recover.
Everyone is taking this whole thing in such a weird way. They said after the First Round the reason Andersen played every game is there were extra days thrown in. PK was almost always going to start this game, and I’m not sure why anyone thought any different after the 2OT game Tuesday.
