I like how DK trades Reilly Smith for nothing, to nobody, and doesn't replace him in the lineup and then pretends he has $5 million in extra cap space. Trade Graves to the Kraken for Dumoulin. Trade Graves and Jarry to the Devils. Trouba elbowed Sid in the head with the chicken wing where Trouba's elbow was the highest point on his body. Trouba's elbow was over his own head and in 87's face. Ryan Lindgren hurt Rickard Rackell NOT TROUBA! Sorry DK the Pens only have Carter's $3 million + coming off the books. Nice try.

Instead of pretending to be the GM, I'd rather just have the real discussion about how awful management of this team is and has been since Hextall. Graves and Karlsson might be more crippling than anything Hextall did.
If you're talking about the playoff series against the Rangers from two seasons ago, it was Ryan Lindgren who knocked out Rakell until game seven with a hit to the head, which went unpunished. Trouba concussed Crosby with a chicken wing hit in game five, causing him to miss game six. Trouba is a horse's ass, regardless.

Defense, with speed DK Two good players would make a big difference. One thing worse than allowing more shots is being too slow to get there to stop the other teams shots from happening. I know this may be far-fetched. Given the playoff disappointment the Winnipeg Jets had. Trade Tristan Jarry and Riley Smith to the Winnipeg Jets for Connor hellebuyck. And by no means am I blaming hellebuyck for Winnipeg's debacle. But I wanted hellebuyck this past offseason and I still would have traded Jerry for Connor hellebuyck van if I was Kyle dubas.

I think they need to give Graves 1 more year with Letang. The Shea St Ivany pairing is something worth keeping together next year. Bunting energized the Malkin line. And DOC did a good job on the 1st line. Resign Ned for 2 years and split time with Jarry.
