The Job and responsibility of your immediate TWO boses was to remove barriers to help you and the team to be successful …they let you down with their failings. Good luck Sheldon too bad they didn't understand their responsibilities. You will be successful with your future coaching endeavours. Like they say "you really haven't played in the BIG league until you have played for the Maple Leafs and moved on to a more successful team". Thank you for your commitment and coaching prowess! Be proud of what you achieved knowing the impossible task and expectations you had to deal with. Both Mark and Lou knew what was coming from "management" and got out leaving you to try to make something out of a bad situation and poor leadership! The "Shiny Penny" has now left the team complete with his failed analytics to grace another team. He should have learned something in the Soo when he was there but didn't. This is from a "Soo" boy who is 79 years old and played hockey with the Esposito boys when we were young!
He was just collateral damage from Marner, Tavares, and Matthews not showing up to play playoff prison rules hockey. They sure showed up for that big signing day though. B's fan here, C'mon Leafs! Original six need to stick together. Quenneville? Julien?

Keefe you didnt do enough to adjust in the postseason, youre a regular season kinda guy
Everybody talking about what a good guy you are and they’re probably right but that’s not what this team (or any team) needs.
You had no fire. You coached them like they were a peewee team. Your pregame speech before the latest game 7 amounted to “have fun guys!”
You didn’t teach them to clear the d zone while under pressure. Guys just hucking it against the boards and hoping for the best for 5 years.
You didn’t teach them how to enter the o zone (especially on pp). Just dump and chase or the ol line up on the blue line while 1 guy flies in.
You didn’t teach them urgency. Opponents always had time with the puck while our boys always faced a forecheck within .5 seconds of touching a puck.
While I get the need for this kind of video for your future employment, I can’t say that gm’s will disagree with me, you shit the bed.
You’d better come up with some better schemes if you’re lucky enough to get any interviews.

No the reality is you are the fall guy! The facts are a certain few overpaid winey spoiled players who never showed up for the playoffs are the ones who let us down! Sheldon, you are right about one thing.. the leafs fans are full of passion. So much passion that we said some mean things in lots of video's on youtube. Things like how you get out coached or rude names. I pray you don't take it to heart because in the end, it's trolling with emotion. Good, changes will be made now….the PP coach, has to go now….poor Keefe, scapegoat…he did a fine job. The PP did not score, 4 pylons on the ice for that last goal….none of this was Keefe's fault. You will be missed coach. Great things ahead for you.
