Question sérieuse. Je me retrouve toujours à réajuster mes coudières car elles continuent de glisser pendant le jeu. J’ai vu que Kuch avait une façon unique de porter ses coudières. Est-ce que l’un d’entre vous sait peut-être comment il fait (et comment je pourrais faire la même chose pour arrêter de glisser ?)

Most likely some sort of custom tailoring the equipment manager does to make the sleeves shorter/tighter.
Could just sew in some elastic bands from the fabric store, Loop them around some part of your elbow pads.
Wearing elbow pads that fit properly helps a lot
I wear a long sleeve base layer (under armor/nike etc) and pull the bottom of the sleeve back up/over the bottom of my elbow pad. It helps keep it in place. You have to stretch the cuff of the sleeve out a little but it works well
