People keep talking about Trouba’s hit, yet… what happened to Vesey? Or we just ignore that he’s out for good?
Trouba’s a bum, why do we keep talking about him? Even Rangers fans know he’s a bum.
Go ahead, suspended trouba and get the team angry and fired up while we replace him with a kid who’s better, that’ll be so good for Florida as a repercussion for an elbow to the shoulder as the very same player threw 2 elbows in this series, 1 connected to the jaw and injured a solid player.
Honestly evenost rangers fans aren’t happy with him he’s been awful all playoffs but that hit was not suspension Worthy. It was a 2 min minor and a fine, move on kinda play. Rodrigues should’ve been suspended, had a penalty for the elbow to vesey and probably another minor for the flop of holding his head even though you can see it connected to almost entirely shoulder
He’s doing exactly what a good leader does, letting himself take the heat by turning villian and letting other players go under the radar.
Trouba is a fuckin dirtbag on the ice, his only option when he gets beat is to throw elbows because he is too slow to play real defense.

Ranger fans can cope all they want, but the fact of the matter is, if they come up short this year, one could reasonably place blame on Trouba’s poor play, dumb penalties, and the albatross that is his contract. That being said, Trocheck is from Pittsburgh, so I hope they win the Cup
Buddy I’m taking the Trouba choo choo train on my team allllllll fucking day. You don’t think the rangers are pumped they have a prick on their team to match the pricks on Florida. Playoffs is a battle of the pricks. Be greatful your captain is one of the biggest pricks around.

Tkachuk and Rodrigues almost make Trouba look clean.
If I were a ref, Tkachuk would’ve received two game misconducts in this series alone.
Attacking Rempe after the game was ALREADY OVER should merit a game suspension. Even in the playoffs.
So odd, because I actually don’t think he’s the problem. He makes mistakes, for sure. But I don’t see anyone throwing a tantrum every time Lindgren or Miller do something stupid.
I would take a guy like Trouba on the Bruins 100x over. His style translates perfectly to the playoffs.

The fact is the true punishment is Trouba is still on the ice. Our biggest weakness are zone exits and Trouba and Lindgren are the 2 biggest culprits.
Our best zone exit guy other than a (healthy!) Adam Fox is Zac Jones…who is currently picking his nose in a skybox with the black aces.
Our best 6 man unit this year was 23/55 8/4 56/6 while Trouba was out and it wasn’t even close
