So it looks like it wasn’t about his workload and wearing two hats here, he even added another one. I guess it must have been conflict with Dundon.
Damn my level of concern for this off season is skyrocketing.
Don is part of the old guard. He doesn’t want to be involved in anything but hockey and building a hockey team and that’s fine. I’m thankful for the job he did with Tom and the rest of the FO and coaching staff to turn the Canes into a contender these last few seasons.
I hope he can’t turn the BJs around like the Canes though but I do wish him all the luck.
Let the young bucks take over and run the show, Tom. ET and DY will serve us well. Get a PoHO or GM in and let Tulsky run one or the other.
