How is $500 at cost? Did you pay $250 for shipping? 🧐🤔

  2. So these are player worn? Are they practice jerseys?

In hopes of staving off more back and forth about what makes this different than an off the shelf:

When Adidas had the license, they marketed a type of « authentic » jersey to the fans that wasn’t really « authentic », as in truly the same make, fabric, details, as the ones players wear on ice. On ice ones are manufactured in a factory in Canada and are known as « Made in Canada » or « MIC », while the inauthentic authentics are made outside Canada. They have some details like a fight strap to sort of look and feel game-like, but there’s some differences the connoisseurs can easily spot like the dimpling on the shoulder.

Because the MIC factory was only serving a smaller market, there’s far fewer than the consumer-ready versions. If a MIC has a name and number it’s either a game-worn, team-issued, or an MIC blank that was customized with a kit.
