I’d be happy to see OV go somewhere else and win another cup after he breaks the record, but he ain’t doing it here unless Backstrom, Oshie, and Carlson swap bodies with MacKinnon, Makar, and Rantanen.

Unfortunately, it would take some extraordinary good luck for the current Caps roster to make a run to the finals. I can’t see how they can add players that would makes this team into a cup contender.

Unfortunately, it would take some extraordinary good luck for the current Caps roster to make a run to the finals. I can’t see how they can add players that would makes this team into a cup contender.
