Avec l’échange de Fabbri par les Red Wings aux Ducks, les Flames ont officiellement le plus grand espace salarial de la ligue.
Il reste encore quelques RFA à signer, mais j’ai hâte de voir comment Conroy utilise le reste !

It is really hard to get used to seeing Calgary at the bottom of that list.
Gonna be real interesting seeing how Washington gets to be cap complaint, that PLD contract’s such a goddamn anchor
Then buy tickets to the games so ownership will go down this route again in the future
I love this so much. I wonder how much of the permission to rebuild has to do with the recession we are in/entering. If there was ever a time to rebuild/cut prices it’s when the macro landscape is weak af.
It would be interesting to see the number of players under contract in that list as well. I thought I saw that Colorado was still under the cap, but has a list of vacancies to fill that is going to make their lives fun.
Next step: 12 x 8 contract for Joe Pavelski
It’s bizarre that we’re at the very bottom in cap use, yet our roster is almost assuredly too good to finish in the bottom 3.
Are the trifecta of Anaheim, Chicago & San Jose just padding their cap with intentionally overpriced players?
Really hoping we can get a couple picks and prospects for taking bad contracts. Craig absolutely rocks at this
