I haven’t seen this jersey but I’m familiar with the company (or product line?) RARE VNTG. They were around in the early 90’s as a licensee making NHL gear you’d find in like Sports Authority or Bob’s. All that being said, this thing is a chaotic masterpiece and makes me want to start a deck hockey team
